Richards approach is very client focused and consultative. He wants to make sure you understand the home buying process while knowing what to anticipate every step of the way. Finding a home that's right for you can be a daunting process and when you couple that with the monetary investment you're making, it can be scary too. How do I know what I can afford? Which neighborhoods are right for what I'm looking for? Am I being realistic, or am I getting in over my head? You name it, I thought it and Richard was there to help and educate me as we navigated through the entire process. He was very responsive and I never felt bad calling or emailing with any question or concern I had- heck, on occasion we would even meet for coffee, or lunch to walk through paperwork and go over updates- it was great! He understood how big of a decision this was for me and made a point to make the process as stress free and smooth as possible.
