Richard Sapp

Richard is a long time resident of Winter Springs, FL and well-versed in the greater Orlando area. He graduated from Florida State University with his bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing, along with completing his MBA with a specialization in International Business. He is an active member of Central Florida Facilitators (Toastmasters International) and a firm believer in any form of continual education.
Prior to joining Core Group Real Estate, Richard worked in professional sales for over 7 years as a recruiter and sales manager. Through his time in the corporate environment, he learned that a trustworthy and consultative relationship are the most important factors in any business transaction. Richard focuses on going above and beyond for buyers and sellers to provide world-class customer service.
When he is not working, Richard enjoys running/exercising, relaxing at the beach, and supporting our hometown Orlando Magic.
