Right away he was open and introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for new vs. pre owned home, neighborhood, one story vs. two story and showed us different houses built ready to move in and others that were being built. Before we left he took notes of our wish lists and informed us he would be sending us some information on houses to browse in different areas we were interested in. Richard was so patient with us and we never felt pressured and he was always flexible with our schedules. Needless to say because of Richard we finally found our new home.
