He never withheld his professional opinion about each house no matter how many we'd have to tour due to his analysis. For very complex and important events like buying a house, realtors like Richard are assets especially when events take a slight different turn than expected. He works out the stressful situation and you don't have to even quiver. I am a happy first time home buyer and that was made possible because of Richard's excellent abilities, integrity, and expertise in his domain. I don't regret my decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a single family house in Howard County, Maryland was on mind for about five years. My credit was not great and I did not have 10% down payment of a $500,000 house. I stopped thinking about how to raise my credit score and how I could save $50,000 down payment for a $500,000 house after I had a meeting with Richard in his office. Richard took his time to explain everything. I left his office very confident that I could own a house - he made me to understand that I did not have to raise my credit score to 700+ (even though it helps), I did not have to raise $50,000 down payment for a $500,000 house, etc. He laid down and explained to me all the options I had in order to own my dream single family house. Richard was with me throughout the process. His professionalism and expertise are nothing but the best. I recommend Richard to both active and prospective buyers and sellers. Just give him a call and he will have all the time for you. He will be there for you from the beginning to the end of the purchase and even after the purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Richard helped me in buying my first house. I had little to no knowledge about the home buying process but he took his time to explain every bit of detail to me. He showed me several houses and was patient with me. I never felt like he was forcing me to buy anything. He responded to my calls and emails and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond to find out information for me to help me in my decision making. He was professional and very time conscious. There was a time that I made a decision to buy one house and changed my mind at the last minute but Richard was very supportive and I did not feel like he was upset about my decision. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and real estate transactions. He represented me very well during closing and even after closing. For instance, my new house had an alarm system that was not deactivated before the previous owner left. I could not turn it of or change the password, neither could I deactivate it. I called Richard at night to inform him about this. He helped me by contacting the previous home owner and fetched me the alarm codes. This act of kindness will be demonstrated by someone who has a good heart. Some realtors will not pick your call after closing but he did answer me during the night several weeks after closing to help me out. I recommend Richard to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property.
