Review Richard managed my properties and after 8 years my daughter is taking one of them. We never set a foot in the house during that time. When we did the walk thru, the house smell like new. The condition of the house was impeccable. We are so grateful to Richard and will keep any other properties with him!

Review Richard was recommended to us by friends that had used him when purchasing their home. The first day I met him he already had 4 listings in mind for us after a 5 min phone call. one of which we ended up putting a bid in on later that day. After that purchase fell through with the sellers he stayed on the ball, so much so that when himself and his colleagues were out of town for a convention he was still monitoring the market, the second day of the convention he calls me to tell me that he found a house that he thinks we would like, the following week we came to look at the home that we live in today, it was a well maintained home, good neighborhood, and cheaper than some of the surrounding houses. If you want a professional to handle the footwork and walk you through every process that is involved with purchasing a home Richard is your man, and his services do not end after the purchase is complete he goes beyond his realtor duties and informs clients about the scams that come to new homeowners. I would recommend Richard to anyone purchasing a home whether it's the first home or the 10th.

Review As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous to buy a house. I had heard so many horror stories from people and was expecting a stressful experience. However! That was not the case here. Richard was recommended to us by a friend and he was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and made sure all our questions were answered throughout the entire process. He often answered my questions before I even asked them! He was always availble and responded to correspondence very quickly, so we never felt alone during the process. The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free! Richard is definitely my top recommendation!

Review Richard is a highly professional agent. He will tell you the truth and will not try to play games with you. After wasting several days with different agents where they drove me to only their listings trying to persuade me into an over priced house I didn't want and make me sign a six month contract. I ran into Richard, told him my story and he showed me exactly the homes I was looking for with no drama!!! He is truthful and we stuck to our offer price and everything went through very nicely. He even worked after hours on his own time to help my wife and I out. I referred him to a friend of mine and they were able to get the house they wanted. If you want NO DRAMA and NO B.S. Review We dealt with other agents in the past. They didn't listen to what we wanted and tried to bull dog us into houses we didn't like. Richard Overall listen to everything we were looking for and stuck to that. He never tried to push other listings on us, very respectful.
