FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be patient. You will know "The One" when you walk in it. Define your wants and needs in a house and target a neighborhood or small area you want to live before seeing homes. If what you want is not on the Market, Make your agent find a seller that is not on the market yet.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
At this current time I would advise not to fix up a home to sell. It will still fetch top dollar in today's market. Make sure your agent has you protected and planned for a quick and easy transition from one house to the next. Being homeless for a couple week is never good.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with many client types including first time home buyers, builders, investors , and seniors either looking to downsize or needing assisted care facility recommendations. We have also done many probate and sheriff sale payoffs.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Spoke to them today actually. Clients from last year that I had sold their home and we were looking for the new home. I added one to a list they sent me and refused to look at it. The next evening we did look at it and they bought it that night. They Thank me 5-10 times a year. Never judge a house by the pictures....they can lie for better and worse
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Had a couple brokerages in the early 2000's and loved it. Decided to try retail during the crash and hated every minute of it. This is what I love and Do. I could win the lotto tomorrow and I would still do this everyday!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Buyer specialist training which ads a level of service that I feel is well above the industry standard. SRES senior real estate specialist allow me to help families with aging parent weight the options and give them the information and tools they need to make a decision that is best for them and the family.
I have passed my Broker training and also read books and articles to always perfect my craft so my clients can feel comfortable knowing they have the right one in their corner.

Rich is a great real estate agent. Very knowledgeable and determined. It was a long process finding a home we liked with everything we wanted and needed. It was not easy since we also wanted the acreage and woods to go with it. At last it happened and he was there every step. Any questions we had. He was always there. We love the house he found us and are making our improvements all the time. Thanks Rich!!!
