Richard had proficient local knowledge informing us of local businesses and service in our new area. Walked us though the whole buying process step by step making what would've been a rather scary process for us extremely easy. This was also done by his responsiveness to us by quickly replying to our questions and if he could not answer the question to us at that moment he would get the answer in a timely manor. Richard's negotiation skill are top notch getting us into a contract where we did not feel like we were getting ripped off in this market that is extremely anti buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Before I met Richard, I was working with a realtor who was not responsive and did not write up his own contracts/offers. For these reasons, I was unable to timely submit a offer on my dream home. I called My mortgage officer in desperate need of help. She put me in contact with Richard Mendez, who stepped in and quickly submitted the offer (that my initial realtor) failed to do. It was unfortunate that the deal did not go through however it all worked out for the best at the end. Richard respectfully introduced himself to me and asked me exactly what I wanted in my home. After only working with Richard for 2 months or so, I was able to buy a house in the same neighborhood as the first home I initially wanted. Richard is bilingual which is a plus in Miami. Because of this, he was able to make a relationship with the sellers and their realtor which happen to only speak Spanish. Richard was a life saver in my experience. I have recommended his services to all my family and friends. Richard and his team were a complete delight to work with.
