Richard Mendez was exceptional through the whole buying process for us. We had used his services previously when we had rented our apartment which was a great experience as well. Richard had proficient local knowledge informing us of local businesses and service in our new area. Walked us though the whole buying process step by step making what would've been a rather scary process for us extremely easy. This was also done by his responsiveness to us by quickly replying to our questions and if he could not answer the question to us at that moment he would get the answer in a timely manor. Richard's negotiation skill are top notch getting us into a contract where we did not feel like we were getting ripped off in this market that is extremely anti buyer.
