I have been a real estate agent since 2000 - I started my business career as a full time general contractor in our family's business in 1995. Our company, which my father started in 1953, has evolved in many aspects related to home ownership including real estate and building residential homes.

My background offers a point of view when buying or selling an existing home that is unique. I find it so important to focus on the many practical issues involved in these transactions - and to balance them - resulting in the ultimate goal of home ownership that is value based.
