I was referred to Rick McCullough by a longtime business associate. He did an outstanding job from start to finish and was great to work with. My goal was to purchase a condo in a specific location with a list of 'must haves', then sell my house. Initially, Rick reviewed the entire buying/selling process with me and was able to refer me to other RE professionals which helped to form a great team. He always reached out to me as soon as properties were on the market and was very quick in making appointments to view any that I was interested in. Rick was always very responsive to questions I had and was able to provide comments/suggestions that were very helpful. Once I purchased the condo it was then time to sell my house.
