Back in 2017 I got matched with Rich by chance because he was the listing agent on a home I wanted to see. He listened to my expectations, the things I wanted, and gave constructive feedback. We were able to work together to find a home that worked for my wife and I. Fast forward to 2024, I got a promotion at work and was moving out of state. Rich was able to provide excellent recommendations on the market, which things needed to be fixed/improved on our home, and honest advice on selling our home. After listening to his advice, we listed our home at 225,000 which put us right in competitive pricing with like homes. Day 1 of listing we had 31 showings and 14 offers. Selling for significantly higher than our original asking price. Rich is the agent for you.

We are first time home sellers, and Rich answered our questions through every step of the process. He came and looked at the house to recommend updates, helped advise us of contractors. Additionally, he brought other recent comparable sales, that helped advise us of current market value. He came back out and reviewed our updates, and went over selling paperwork a few days before we went on the market. Our house sold the first day of showings, and we received exactly what we asked for, and the appraisal came through on point as well. He also helped us connect with an excellent realtor in the market we are moving to and we found exactly what we wanted there in our price range. We could not ask for a better experience.
