ZillowVERIFIEDWe had confirmed a time to look at a property with Richard and he never showed up; he did not call me or anything and left us waiting at the property for over 30 min before we decided to leave. I still have yet to hear from him. The house looked nothing like the photos (it was in terrible shape), so that was also disappointing as we had driven almost 2 hours for this appointment. Maybe its different working with him and properties he has listed himself, but from my experience I would not work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Dave Maiella is a class act. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help at the drop of the hat - even on the weekends, was such a blessing. Everything regarding the home buying process with Dave was straightforward, easy, and seamless. If you're looking to buy a house, and you don't go with Dave, you're doing yourself a disservice. Many thanks to the Maiella team for all of the hard work and help, they're the best!

ZillowVERIFIED The Maiella team was amazing to work with! We were pretty picky and specific on what we were looking for, but that didn't stop them from trying their hardest to find our new home. I know I was demanding and frustrating at times, but they did their best to calm me down and let me know that everything would be ok. They never made me feel like a pain or an inconvenience. I was able to text or call any time or day of the week and the responded promptly. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and his Brother Dave, are the BEST realtors around! Keep in mind, buying a home during the pandemic, was a sellers market through and through! I found ONE home, that I knew in my ?? was our forever home...I turned to Dave within the first five minutes after arriving at the home, I said this is it, you have to make this happen...regardless of competing bids, this is is it!!! He called Richard on the spot, and made it happen in less than 24 hours! Their work ethic and knowledge made the process extremely easy, and their response time is almost immediate! They are also passionate, honest, and funny! If you are looking for the BEST in the BIZ, look no further! Thank you Richard and Dave, we will be forever grateful for making our dream a reality!
