Any problem that popped up with our home (ie needing vents cleaned, painting etc) Richard handled all of it quickly and easily. He completely took the stress away from moving. Richard also sold our home over asking and in the first open house with a 14 day close. This man is a damn magician and you would be crazy to work with anyone else.
