ZillowVERIFIEDJared and Richard are a phenomenal team! Cannot say enough good things about them. As a somewhat naive first time home buyer, they were with me every step of the way, truly listened and understood what I was looking for, and were extremely patient and helpful, and not at all pushy during the entire process. We cast a wide net, and they were able to narrow down exactly what we were looking for- and they got it! We were involved in a multiple offer listing and thanks to their sound advice and guidance, were able to get the home we wanted with ease. Thankful to have them as our realtors and now friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have our dream home and we could not have done it without Richard Lindau. Competing against 19 other offers in a wild market should have been nerve-wracking, but he made it seamless and stress free. He was professional, knowledgeable and available throughout the whole process. We could not have had a better realtor. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Richard was a breeze. He is knowledgeable about the Asheville real estate market and made the whole process fun and stress-free! Would definitely recommend Richard for any real estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDRichard is fantastic!! He goes above and beyond, responds quickly, and is very personable. He was able to help me get my dream house in the craziest of markets by helping us strategically plan our offer. He was also very patient with my husband and I, especially are very different style preferences.
ZillowVERIFIEDRichard was absolutely incredible to work with! We needed an agent who we trusted without question, as we were buying from across the country, and found that Richard anticipated all of our wants and needs from day one. He's extremely easy to communicate with and also is very knowledgable when communicating with other agents, inspectors, general contractors, lenders, etc. We've luckily found our dream home and don't ever want to move... BUT if we did, we would absolutely partner up with Richard again. Can't recommend him enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDRichard was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was honest, gave a fantastic viewpoint on every home we looked at. I genuinely felt like he was looking after my familys best interest. Richard consistently supported us and answered any questions, at all hours of the day, any day of the week. I would recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a agent local to Asheville who knows everything from the history of Asheville, to what area is desirable.
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Asheville market is crazy. Richard got us into our dream home within 1month. I couldnt be happier. He has lots of knowledge and experience. Thank you !!
ZillowVERIFIEDOMG Richard is just the best. He was responsive, attentive, kind and patient. He help me thru it all. I couldnt have done it w/o him and would use him again.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have had 2 friends relocating to the area and called on Richard to assist in both cases. He was so helpful in finding the right property with all the right characteristics and really took into account the specific needs, for example school zones and surrounding community amenities. In addition, I have had help from Richard in a search for investment property. In all cases, he has been so responsive in communication as well as understanding the unique needs of each situation we had in front of us. I highly recommend Richard Lindau for anyone looking for property in Central Florida!
ZillowVERIFIEDI had the opportunity to work with Richard a couple of months ago and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the downtown Orlando area. We could not decide between a high rise condo in the downtown area or a home in the historic area. Richard was very familiar with both and helped us make a decision. We are not quite ready to purchase yet, but he understood that. I would highly recommend this young man. My husband and I both felt he was very honest and he certainly knew his market!
