ZillowVERIFIEDWorked with Richard recently when shopping for a townhome in the Tampa area. Very easy to get ahold of and was able to recommend a new mortgage broker when my VA loan fell through. Recommended a very good home inspector who found several minor items that allowed me to get the price reduced. He was able to follow up with the contractor who made the repairs and get some pictures of the repairs sent to me.
