ZillowVERIFIEDRichard and Katie Berman and their team made selling our Reno property seamless even though we were out of state and couldnt be there in person. They offered clear, practical advice and connected us with reliable local tradespeople and service providers so we could complete the repairs needed to present the home at its best. We had weekly check-ins, plus timely calls whenever a decision fell outside the original repair plan. Working with them gave us the confidence to make the harder choices that ultimately protected our return. They handled negotiations with the buyers agents professionally and made closing a smooth, pleasant experience. I would gladly work with them again.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Richard Berman and Dickson Realty. He knows the market, and he was prepared with data on comparable homes. He understands the process of selling a home in a probate situation, and he explained everything as we went along. He kept good touch with us and responded promptly to questions. His staff was equally as helpful. Five stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Richard Berman did a truly outstanding job as our realtor. He guided us expertly through every step of selling our home, offering invaluable recommendations on everything from the timing of our listing to presenting our home in the best possible light. What stood out most was his exceptional communication and his calm, steady demeanoraEUR"even when the process became a little stressful. Thats exactly what you want in a realtor: someone who inspires confidence, keeps you informed, and helps you make sound decisions. His staff was equally professional and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Thanks to Richards expertise, our home was under contract in less than two weeks. Quite simply, Richard is the best. We couldnt recommend him more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and Katie were amazing. I bought my first house from Richard and Katie and didn't hesitate to call when I needed to find another. They found me a place within 2days and we made offer and had accepted within first week. The whole process was smooth. They kept me informed and walked me through each step of the process. Honestly can't believe how easy it was.

ZillowVERIFIED We began working with Richard due to unforeseen circumstances. Dickson Real Estate, Richard and the entire team jumped in to get us back on track in just a matter of hours from first contact. The team had a photographer there the next day, we completed the listing on the second day and had a full price offer in two days. Closing was done according to the timeline, and communication was outstanding every step of the way. The surprise delivery of packing boxes was a great asset to our process. You can't go wrong working with this company and this group. Thank you for being there for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent experience with the team! Communication was outstanding, the process was smooth, and we were able to close quicker than the 45 days we initially had talked about. Cannot recommend anyone but the berman group. We will be back for our next home/ property!

ZillowVERIFIED Weve had the pleasure of working with the Berman Group real estate team not once, not twice, but three timesaEUR"and each experience has been absolutely exceptional. Their communication is truly top-notch; we always felt informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. What really sets this team apart is the value they provide beyond just buying or selling a home. They have an incredible network of trusted referrals for renovations and repairs, which made the entire process of settling into our home so much easier and less stressful. Over time, what started as a professional relationship has genuinely turned into a friendship. That says so much about the kind of people they areaEUR"authentic, caring, patient, and deeply invested in their clients. We cant recommend the Berman Group highly enough. They are an amazing team to work with, and we wouldnt go anywhere else for our real estate needs. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the unfortunate experience of trying another realtor prior to the Berman Group. Our prior Realtor had terrible communication, went to Hawaii without telling us and was condescending and rude. After 4 months I gave up selling the condo and we decided we had to move before my job let me go (I was required to relocate). The week of our move, I met Richard. He seemed charismatic and he offered to sell our place; said he has great results with relists. I politely told him no, I am done with trying to sell for the time and we will call him later if we were interested. We relocated and a month or so later I gave him a call. ...Richard sold our place within 30days of having it listed! He maintained contact weekly to let us know of the progress; always answered any questions I or my wife had, and worked to keep us both REALISTICALLY up to date - no empty promises. He also advised us on actions to take and was completely transparent. Richard is one of the best Realtors I have ever worked with and his team was a pleasure. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I am so happy to have the place sold, and I have no clue how he managed to pull that off within 30days of listing. I cannot recommend him or his team enough!

ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking to sell your house quickly and at the right price, Richard and his team are the ones you can trust. They have been nothing but amazing and professional throughout the entire process. Richard reached out to my husband after we had taken our house off the market and asked if wed consider relisting itaEUR"with him this time. To be honest, we were hesitant. Wed had several disappointing experiences during the months our home was on the market, including two contracts that fell through with our previous agent. It had made us wary of trusting another realtor. However, when Richard visited us to explain his approach and strategy, we decided to give him a chanceaEUR"and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made! Selling and buying a home can be incredibly stressful, which is why having the right person by your side is so important. Richard sold our house in under a monthaEUR"and at the price we had originally listed it for! If you want a seamless, stress-free experience with results to match, hire Richard. You wont regret it!

With their knowledge, professionalism and experience you cant lose. When I had questions day or night, they were there with answers. Not to mention their unbeatable network of vendors. Even after the sell was complete, they have still been ready to help. I could not recommend Richard and Katie Berman more!

ZillowVERIFIED Richard did a great job in a difficult real estate situation in a long distance transaction (seller from out of state). He had a lot of patience, was very responsive and was easy to work with. I would most definitely contact him again if I had any real estate needs in the Reno area.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and Katie were very knowledgeable and personable throughout my first experience buying a home. They were very patient with me and definitely earned my trust! Along with their real estate knowledge, they have great experience within the community and gave me amazing referrals after I took ownership of my home. The relationship that I have with Richard and Katie did not stop after I took ownership of my home, and they have been extremely helpful and are always open to my questions and inquiries. Thanks Berman team!

ZillowVERIFIED I wholeheartedly recommend Richard and Katie Berman. They are very dedicated to seeing that their clients are well taken care of. Their knowledge and experience in the real estate market far exceeded my expectations. They were able to sell a rental home of mine, that I hadn't seen in nearly 10 years, quickly and professionally. They scheduled repairs, cleaning and the funds, when sold, to arrive at the exchange company without a single bump along the way. They kept me informed on a daily basis and made the transaction seamless. I am pleased and grateful for the final results. Home was sold 2 months after the renter moved out. I hold both of them in high regard and happily recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED We enjoyed working with Katie and Richard very much. They answered our questions promptly and ere always easy to talk to about any of the process along the way. We moved from out of state to Nevada and between selling our house and looking for a new one it was a very stressful time for us in a time frame of less than about 4 weeks. Unfortunately we were only due to make one trip to the area and had to make a quick decision from the brief walk through. We would recommend them, however, I would recommend in the future if they had a case like ours, that they would do a more thorough walk thru for the client. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to work with them.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and Katie were great to work with selling our old home. They worked nonstop making sure that we were comfortable with every step of the process and price point to ensure we got the most out of it. They were very detailed and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns that they were answered as soon as possible. While we ended up having a much faster close than we had anticipated they worked very hard to make sure any additional stress because of it was alleviated and that we were ok. We look forward to continuing our search for our new home with them.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie and Richard were amazing! We had a very special case with selling our house. It was a long process but Katie and Richard were there each and every step of the way. Katie is described as one who goes above and beyond anyone's expectations, she is so kind and patient. We also had the pleasure of going through the process of purchasing another home at the same time. With this being the first time we have sold as well as purchased a home everything was new to us so we had many questions. Both Katie and Richard had all the answers and in details to make sure we understood the processes of each step both selling and buying a house. Such a great duo and always there to assist us with all our needs! Both are very professional in there work and really pay attention to all details. Katie made it very clear to us each step of the way and what was to come next. I would highly recommend Katie and Richard of HomeGate Realty.

I would HIGHly recommend Katie to buy or sell your home. Job well done Katie!!

She was available at all times to me for Q&A And had extensive knowledge of the processes and order of them to be completed She did such a great job I also had her help in the buying process of a plot of land and once again exceeded my expectations for realtor Always protecting me and my interests in the process I truly felt in control and well guided throughout the process of both selling and buying
