I will list them but they are not in order: very responsive, detail oriented, customer (military) friendly, patient, understanding, did not push pass our budget, pointed out things on houses that we did not think about, and honest. We put a lot of trust in him because we were overseas trying to find the perfect house. The day we arrived back in USA, he scheduled a final walk through and it was PERFECT! I had no surprises.
