He met with me, and suggested a listing price that was well within the market value that I expected. Richard went above and beyond during the time when we had Open Houses for fellow agents and prospective buyers, and individual showings. When offers came in, he was a superb negotiator in securing me the best price possible, which turned out to be well above the asking price. He answered my calls and texts no matter when I sent them: the lines of commutation were always open between us. I am a widow and was doing this on my own, and I always felt that he was in my corner. He facilitated paperwork, even to delivering it himself to the proper person(s) so as not to delay the contract or closing.
