Don't wait for rates to drop. Buy NOW... before prices get too high! If rates drop later on you can always refinance your loan.

Don't think your home has to be in perfect condition. Let us take a look and we'll advise you of what, if anything, needs to be done to be ready.

Ha! You name it. But our favorites are the first-time buyers that we can help in so many ways... and investors! Love the investment part of real estate.

See the review above from Mr. Albert Squires. What a great guy. In his early 90s and sharp as a tack. He lives here in Conway but the home we sold was 45 minutes away. Had to drive him over there a couple of times and really enjoyed those visits.

Yep! My college degree was Computer Engineering, I take care of the details. And 31 years of on-the-job experience gives me great insight into any real estate transaction.
