I don't know were to start, he is the best agent I have ever worked with. We really ran Ricky around looking at houses, we spent a few hours almost every day for two weeks looking for houses and found none. We went back to Florida, Ricky keep looking for us and he finally found the house we could not find. With his knowledge and skills we were able to buy the house we were looking for and could not find, but Ricky did. Recommend Ricky Harrelson to anyone looking for a new house. Thank You Ricky!!!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Ricky when looking for our home. From day 1, Ricky was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Ricky was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! Ricky Harrelson!

My wife and I listed our home in July 2018 with Ricky and we just sold/closed November 21, 2018. During the 4 months Ricky had our home we experienced 2 hurricanes (Florence & Michael) which literally shut down the housing market. Even with those obstacles Ricky was able to sell our home in just 4 months. Ricky was very professional and all out with marketing efforts that was a tremendous advantage. I would recommend Ricky Harrelson with any real estate needs.

ABSOLUTELY YES, I would recommend Ricky 1000 times over to anyone I found that needed realtor services! He is the ideal combination of detail-oriented, compassionate, patient, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He knows his market very well. I whole-heartedly trust him, and that is no small matter in real estate transactions! I grew to trust him through the purchase of our dream home at Lake Waccamaw, NC, and now I am looking forward to another transaction as we have another listing with him.Do yourself the best favor possible, and work with Ricky Harrelson if you get the chance! Like me, you'll be glad you did!!

Ricky Harrelson was very professional when selling my house. He was timely in getting paperwork and forms together for me to sign. After the house was inspected some repairs were required before selling. Ricky contacted a business who could do the repairs for a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Ricky Harrelson when buying or selling a property.
