Richard helped us navigate the process flawlessly! He was present from listing till closing and explained everything meticulously every step of the way. He even met with the Fire Inspector and placed all the smoke/carbon detectors where they needed to be. I cant say enough about the exceptional service Rich gave us. His professionalism and knowledge is exemplary! He went above and beyond every step of the way throughout the process of selling our house! He staged every room to ensure perfect pictures for his online posting to capture the true beauty of our home. We were overwhelmed with cleaning out our basement of over 49 years and he contacted a clean out service and scheduled an appointment for us. He sold our house in record time ( within a week of the first open house) he contacted the fire department for the inspection and he even installed the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors that we needed to bring up to code. If you are selling your home, you need to contact Rich! Its overwhelming selling your house, unless you have a Realtor like Rich. If I could give him 100 stars, I would! Richard was so helpful very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with hooked us up with a realtor in Florida to by a condo for rental.
