ZillowVERIFIED Richard was the best realtor for us. He both sold our current home and helped us buy a new home, all within three months of meeting him through a simple click on the Zillow site. He was more than professional, responded promptly to questions, and realized quickly what type of home we were looking for to meet the needs of our family. We trusted Richard and the Wentworth group to take photos and list our home. We had over 80 showings scheduled and got more money than we dreamed with the sale of our home. The photos and listing were top-notch. Richard negotiated on our behalf and we couldn?t be happier with the results. In turn, we trusted Richard to make a solid offer on our behalf for the home we wanted to buy. We are now the proud owners of a home that ?checks every box? for us. We cannot recommend him as a realtor enough. The process start to finish was an easy one for us, because we had his guidance through it all.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard was simply fantastic. Having moved here from abroad we had no knowledge of the Ann Arbor real estate market and it?s regulations. Richard?s flawless communication, great negotiating skills, organization, and expansive knowledge of the overall market made for a seamless experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first house working with Richard. I looked at many houses before I ended up getting an offer accepted. Richard was great to work with through the whole process. After looking at one or two houses Richard got a good idea what I looking for in a house. Richard was very informative throughout the whole process and gave me the information I needed to make a good decision without pushing me into something. I love the place I ended up with and thanks to Richard the transaction went really smooth!

ZillowVERIFIED Ricahrd was very helpful and patient with us in a very busy point in time where a ton of people were looking to buy and sell homes. We had Richard going all over the place while we searched several areas to find the perfect spot to raise our children and find give the space we desired, throuh all this he kept a smile on his face and never got frustrated with us. Richeard and his team sold our existing home within 48 hours of being on the market. Th only reason it took that long was simply due to us honoring the 24 showings (plus an additional 25 at the open house) that were booked requested within just a few hours of being listed.
