ZillowVERIFIED Richard helped us find our first home! We had struggled with finding a realtor who would she us what we wanted to see for the first few months of looking, then we meet Richard. He took us to see multiple houses, until we found one we really liked.We entered a contract in July with a home that needed more work then we realized, so Richard assisted us in negotiating down to where we would have needed it to be for our budget. The seller did not like that and cancelled the contract.After that contract fell through, Richard found new houses for us and emailed them to us. The day he sent our house, he made sure we got to see it right away. We closed and moved in just in time for Thanksgiving! Thank you Richard for all your hard work! We are so happy in our new home!
