Rich Dun was there for us every step of the way in the process of listing, staging and preparation of our contract. His high tech, 3-D camera, motion shots throughout our condo were a showstopper. He also provided great negotiations on the final sale. I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone interested in selling on Staten Island.

I was impressed with Rich's knowledge and resources. He was always curteous and made himself available when i needed him, even, after what I thought would have been normal hours of work. He guided me towards some good deals that did not happen for one reason or another, i.e. out bid or difficult sellers and kept me away from deals I thought were good but in the end turned out to be disasterous. He truly took my wants and needs to heart and looked to fulfill them, the best he could. and in doing so went above and beyond what many other realtors would have done. I trust Rich 100 % and Rich Dunn is my go to guy for any future real estate endeavors I may get involved with.

I met Rich at an open house, and later asked him to represent me after attending around 30 open houses on my own and meeting many agents. Rich is down-to-earth and never tried to pressure me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. He's been extremely helpful throughout all stages of the process and even after the sale was complete. I am a first time buyer and have relied on him immeasurably. He has helped me in many ways that honestly don't fall within his job description, and has been a reliable source of information and informed opinion regarding all stages of the process. I've also relied on his extensive network to find contractors, cleaners, lawyers, etc. who have also been excellent.
