I was impressed with Rich's knowledge and resources. He was always curteous and made himself available when i needed him, even, after what I thought would have been normal hours of work. He guided me towards some good deals that did not happen for one reason or another, i.e. out bid or difficult sellers and kept me away from deals I thought were good but in the end turned out to be disasterous. He truly took my wants and needs to heart and looked to fulfill them, the best he could. and in doing so went above and beyond what many other realtors would have done.
