Unprofessional. I'm looking for a few short and long term investment properties in the Miami area. I spoke to Richard today who did not ask me a single question about myself. His first question is if I'm ready to see the house. I asked if he knew why theyre selling his response is aEURoenopeaEUR?. I had a few other questions regarding flood zones and short term renting. He responded to me like I'm stupid. I said Id still like to see it this Saturday and I received no follow up. I understand the home I was looking at wasnt the commission check he was hoping for but I'm still a client. At the least, he couldve let me know it wasnt a good fit.
