Where do I start? Before I chose Mr. Coffin as my agent, I had second thoughts because he is an agent for the builder that I chose. Because of his expertise, local knowledge and prompt response to questions, I decided to go with him. I do not regret that choice at all. As a first time home-owner from a different country, I knew very little about the home-buying process but Rick brought me up to speed and helped me through the process. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable about home construction, what to look out for during the walk-through and the home-buying process in general. He is very thorough! During both the initial and final walk-through, I was impressed with his ability to act as an agent for the builder and me (the buyer). He did not display any role conflict or conflict of interest at all. The builder did an excellent job and Rick pointed out the few things that needed to be fixed before closing. He did so without any qualms at all. You cannot go wrong with Mr. Coffin. I could not have asked for a better agent! I still have his number on my phone and call him every now and then for information pertaining to my house. Mr. Coffin is an excellent agent.

Rick helped us to buy our home in the end of 2012. We were very impressed by his profession and personality. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really puts extra effort for our purchase. We had a few issues during the house construction. Rick responded immediately and had all the issues fixed by the builder. He really went above and beyond his responsibilities. We even got his help for a landscape issue one year after our house closing. We appreciate everything he did for our purchase, and highly recommend him.
