Since this house is a property belongs to a bank, the seller responded all communication very slowly. His extensive knowledge on the area proved an invaluable resources (from neighborhoods, schools, shops, and even traffic patterns.) This was our 4th home purchase but first in SC and Rich assisted with providing options for get us in touch with reputable mortgage companies, inspectors, and other services we were looking into. This was a No-Pressure sales experience. If in the future we decided to sell the home we would call Rich first to list it.

ZillowVERIFIED Rich Blea dropped by my (second) house to look over what needed to be done and offered some advice. Of course, people don't like advice that includes spending money or spending hours of time and effort cleaning, fixing, and improving. I followed his advice, however, and completed the paperwork to list the house on Friday afternoon. After a few phone calls from Rich during the weekend, the house sold on Monday. During the final phases, Rich fixed a tax problem and set up closing to occur smoothly. I appreciate Rich's hard work and would recommend him to anyone. He is in so many ways responsible for a sale one or two business days after "officially" listing.

If I could go back in time, we would have used Rich from the start. Working with him was amazing. He was always there to answer our questions and listen to our frustations with the home buying process! He made everything easier for us- from recommending a wonderful mortgage broker to the home inspection to the closing. We had a brilliant team working for us, and Rich was the leader. He went into battle for us with a selling agent who tried every way she could to get out of our contract. Our family just moved into our dream house, and Rich is hugely responsible for that.
