ZillowVERIFIED Richard is always available or will call back soon. We already know the area, so did not need his experience in that regard. Richard is helpful in explaining the buying process. He found house and locations that we were interested in. He didn't try to sell us houses that didn't meet our needs and desires.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I always warn realtors we work with that we are very demanding. Richard took that warning in stride while remaining patient and dedicated. He was always at our service and was willing to show a house on demand. His knowledge of the Chautauqua lake area and home values was a big plus. Once we had a contract, he helped us with ideas, contacts and resources to make our closing as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Richard to those looking for a house on Lake Chautauqua.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard has helped my family buy and sell many houses, and recently helped me purchase my first home. When looking at a house he is very good to bring up potential issues that could easily go unnoticed. He works hard to find what will work best for you and would never try to pressure you into a decision. Unlike other realtors who focus on quick commissions, Richard focuses on customer satisfaction and will always keep your best interests as the top priority. Once we found the home we wanted Richard's experience helped put together a very attractive offer, including things I would of never considered, which ultimately got us the house!Could not recommended more, go with Richard Benedetto and you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience working with Richard. He went above and beyond! During the sale I wanted to look at the house we purchased several times. Richard was always available when I needed him to be as I wasnt there locally. During the sale he was very knowledgeable and everything went very smoothly. He also did a video call to do our final walk through noticing a few things that needed to be done which he took care of on our behalf. What really tells me this guy has integrity is even after he was paid for the sale he still checked on our property and checked our mail while we were quarantined in Florida. If your looking for a realtor look no further he really was wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently purchased our first home, Mr. Benedetto was our real estate agent! Our home buying process was very time consuming, and stressful due to the home seller being difficult, and demanding. Mr Benedetto was very patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process and even after the home was ours. Richard had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. My husband spent a great amount of time on the phone with Richard, whom always had straight forward answers, and directed us throughout the entire process even when the buyer made it extremely difficult. We found our dream home, and Richard stuck with us to make sure that we could make this our familys home. I honestly couldnt recommend someone better, or more knowledgeable on buying a home. Mr Benedetto was truly amazing, and we are extremely thankful to have had his help throughout this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard has gone above and beyond what any other realtor would do to help us get the deal closed. We ran into some zoning snags and he hooked us up with people that could help, did a lot himself and attended every meeting with local officials until the situation was resolved. Richard - truly was a full service Realtor for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our lake cottage through Richard in 2005 and had a great experience. When we decided to sell due to a relocation there was only one choice to represent us and that was Richard. Hes been serving the Chautauqua Lake market for many years and knows every inch of the lakefront. He was very helpful in helping us determine the right asking price. He was also a great resource in providing contractors to do some work required after the inspection. Hes great at communicating with the seller and available 24/7 for questions. Hes a true pro and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard was helpful and professional at every part of our interaction. His responsiveness and flexibility was truly appreciated. Also, he shared his vast expertise when we were making hard decisions. He was fair and honest in all of our negotiations. In fact, he is still assisting us after the sale of the house. That's true service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor's service.

ZillowVERIFIED Coming from out of state, Richard's knowledge of the area has been invaluable. Timely- he and his team have delivered on every timeline that has come up and have shared a sense of urgency to hit some that were particularly important to us but challenging. Responsiveness- I dont think he's ever gone 5 minutes without responding to a request for information. Value Add- he helped us find a place to rent as we were exploring the community and then helped us in structuring our purchase to assist us in gaining access sooner. We're highly satisfied with the experience. To be completely accurate, we didn't review negotiation skills because it wasn't a major part of our purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We felt Richard was disconnected from the process especially after a contract was signed. He seemed to be more interested in just getting the offer and moving on rather than assisting us to get the most value for our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard is very good. He was always available when I wanted to view a property, even on a few minutes notice when I passed by a property while riding in the boat or car. I looked at a lot of properties for many months and he was always there and never rushed me. He handled the offers quickly, negotiated with the seller's agent and followed thru with the closing. Post closing he has recommended service providers and has continued to help me get to know the area as I get settled-in.

ZillowVERIFIED We were considering a home purchase in the Chautauqua Lake area and had a handful of homes that we wished to see. Richard had previously set up a search protocol for us. He arranged to meet with us on a Saturday (we are out of state) to review our search criteria and time line as well as visit the homes on our list. We were able to narrow our focus and will seriously pursue the search later this year with his assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard helped us in finding the perfect lakefront home on Chautauqua Lake back in 2005. He was terrific to work with and his knowledge of the real estate market in the area is invaluable. Also, equally important to me is the service he provides long after sale. Richard is always there to answer questions, provide names of local workmen, or work with friends of ours to identify real estate they may be interested in seeing.
