ZillowVERIFIEDMy initial conversations with Ayers went well and I heard a lot of good talk that sounded knowledgeable and promising. Unfortunately after listing our home for sale with him our experience with him was rather poor. Paperwork was completed with different information than he verbally told us. Before signing with him he presented a robust marketing plan but aside from scheduling a professional photographer I am unaware of any other marketing activities that may or may not have been done. Part of the reason for this was that I could not get a return phone call or meaningful responses from their team - the communication from their team was limited to a few text messages that often had incorrect information. I thought their team was more of a liability than an asset to our home sale process. We decided to list our home for almost 10% higher than their team's recommended price and we got a full list price in 2 days of listing on the MLS - I gained an appreciation for another potential reason why home prices in our neighborhood continue to be soft. It wasn't until our home sale was under contract that I talked to a few former neighbors who also sold homes with Ayers and each expressed similar frustrations and experiences. Between the incorrect information they provided, the inability to get responses or communication from them, and generally complacent approach I would not recommend Ayers realty.

In each category, Rich gave 2-3 options for me to choose from. When all the laborers work was done, Rich came to check and helped to clean up minor details. They provided high tech and intelligent service. They have an easy to use app to assist with approving showings, which also allowed me to see the potential buyers feedback (so important). Based on the feedback, I made small changes, and it made a huge difference.I love the Ayers Team! I have recommended them to all my friends. The Ayers Team deserves the title of the BEST AGENT in the Naperville/Aurora/Oswego area!
