As a first time home buyer and sole decision maker , I dont really know much. He helps and teaches me a lot. At a glance of a home, he can tell the home is worth it or not . He points out the damages that I need to fix in a year or so .By myself I cant really see the damages and what things I should look. His kindness and experiences make him the best agent . He wont push you to buy home that doesnt worth it . He has a lot of connections too .He can tell you good things and bad things about the home . There is one home that I really like . He points out that home will be difficult to resell and our privacy from neighbors and a few others etc . He is not just a real estate agent ,He is like a good friend who will help me make the right decision .Help me for my earnest money deposited , setting up with good home inspection, pool inspection. Negotiate with the seller etc .My repairs set up. Who will do that kind of things after closing ? He did . You cant find better agent than Rich .

Rich kept showing me houses after I ended up not wanting to buy the first one I made an offer on. I ended up in a much better house. Lots of agents seem to know him, and hes able to negotiate and give good advice about how to compete effectively with other buyers. He works with a mortgage broker which makes crunching numbers and knowing exactly how much each house will cost per month much easier. Hes responsive and good at handling a particular person like myself. He knows a good home inspector, and makes sure any work that needs to be done is done. Hes a great real estate agent.
