He is very knowledgeable about the local market and helped move my property in 35 days which is no small accomplishment given the amount of inventory on the market and the duration of time many properties sit before selling or being taken off the market. We worked on a pricing strategy, made certain updates to the property, and had good traffic from day one of the listing. Rich is also a process expert and provided guidance through the offer and acceptance, pre-close and closing. He worked diligently with the town get the town's approval of the new septic system and to close any open issues prior to the sale. I highly recommend him and was completely satisfied with his performance.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very fortunate to meet Rich and to have him become my agent! I was required to relocate to NYC for work and needed to sell our house quickly during the middle of winter when the market did not have a lot of activity. Needless to say I was a bit nervous. From the minute I met Rich he set my mind at ease. Knowing that we were looking to move quickly, but not take a loss on our property, Rich spared no expense to position an initial showing that would attract the maximum number of real prospects. We put the house on the market on Friday Jan 21st priced at the high end of the comps in our area. By Sunday evening (Jan 23rd) we had 17 prospective buyers walk though our property. On Monday Jan 24th (3 days later) we had 2 competing offers on our house which ultimately enabled us to get more than we initially asked for.
