Grace and Rich helped us through the entire process. I had initially planned on spending entirely too much money on repairs I did not need before meeting with Rich and Grace. They toured my property and gave me a much more targeted plan on what to work on which drastically cut down on my expenses. Once the house listed we accepted an offer on the first day for full asking price. Closing took some time as there were extenuating circumstances with the buyer and Covid-19 was just causing shutdowns. Rich and Grace stayed in touch during this time and handled all communication with the buyer and the lawyers. They also have a very solid network of repairmen, cleaners, and photographers who all really maximized my homes appeal. Great job!

Grace and Rich were fantastic to work with. Our initial conversation with Grace lasted about an hour. I really appreciated her willingness to share her insight prior to even becoming a client. Rich and Grace were very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of selling and buying a home.
