I've known Rich since we were kids. He's always had incredible energy and incredible people skills. After our parents passed away, we needed to sell their home in Chiefland, FL. None of the kids/grandkids lived anywhere near there and we had no reason to keep it. I've watched Rich sell multi-million dollar homes really fast. I thought he might not give our little $150k home the attention it needed to sell - especially since it was so far from his office and there wasn't nearly as big a commission as those million dollar homes. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! This guy busted his butt to sell this house. He made the drive over and over again to show it. Helped us work through a ton of issues that kept coming up until everyone was resolved so that we could sell. Rich still has the energy and enthusiasm that I remember from our childhood. He's just channeling it now to help people in a different way. I wish he would open an office in NC. I pastor a 1200 member congregation near FT Bragg. I'd recommend all my parishioners use him - going and coming. The guy is a master in the housing market. Our family could not be more happy with the work ethic and relentless approach he took to help us sell our parents home. The best I've ever worked with - hands down.
