I have several, but this is one where I sold a home, and the people on the other side of the transaction had stressed my client to the point she ended up in the hospital. Fortunately she was okay, and we actually went to her other home to sign the closing documents. She had tears in her eyes thanking me for getting her through it, as this was emotional from the beginning, because her husband had recently passed away. That was a proud day for me, knowing I helped someone who was in a tough emotional and physical place.
