Fortunately she was okay, and we actually went to her other home to sign the closing documents. She had tears in her eyes thanking me for getting her through it, as this was emotional from the beginning, because her husband had recently passed away. That was a proud day for me, knowing I helped someone who was in a tough emotional and physical place.
