Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Decide first on the area. Don't focus so heavily on the home price, think about the actual cost per month. To help with that, talk with an expert like me!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The hardest thing to do is to take an honest look at your home, like a buyer will. Does it need anything done? Is it really updated, or does it need some cosmetic "freshening" up? These little things matter.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked worked everyone from 1st time homebuyers to empty nesters ready to downsize. With sellers I have worked with clients who ranged from being relocated, to those ready to "cash out" on the stored equity in the home. Each client is different and special.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A recent listing of a relocation client, we priced it correctly and I had 3 Open Houses at he home, a Friday night, then Saturday and Sunday afternoons. We had over 60 people show up and I secured for my client 5 offers, all over asking and was able to get it under contract by that Monday morning.
