I started looking for the realtor I wanted in charge of selling our home when the time came and I decided about 2 years into our stay that Rich was who I wanted. With just knowing his name I recommended him to a friend who hired him to sell her home and was very pleased as well. I called him a year prior to us listing and he came right away and helped me find a handyman and a painter to get us ready. this March we were ready to list and we just closed escrow today and Rich and his team were wonderful. I really needed someone who could negotiate and handle issues that came up because I was trying to figure out our cross country move this summer at the same time. We are so happy we chose Rich. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Rich for the sale of our home. He was fantastic .. really fantastic. We interviewed 3 well established agents. One suggested we price the home at a price point so not to eliminate the contractors who would renovate - really?? The second gave good information but criticized another agent - not ok. Rich was straight forward, kind, energetic, focused, helpful, communicative and remained that way the whole time. We were very open to making repairs, painting, etc and Rich connected us with handyman, staging, painters, electrical, landscaping, etc. over a period of a month. The price point was set much higher than others recommended ( I thought he was a bit crazy) and we got full price and multiple offer scenario. It was a lot of work getting through all the repairs, but Rich was right there every step of the way even down to the selection of the pulls for the kitchen cabinets. With lots of prayer we got the right tool for the right job and Rich was definitely the right tool. Did I also mention he is super nice with a pretty darn good sense of humor.

Both Rich and his team are quite knowledgeable: they efficiently research property values in your respective neighborhood, have and maintain great relationships with the banks, and facilitate the short-sale process so that you don't have to.In what was expected to be more of a long, drawn-out, exhausting kind of "ordeal", it went as seamless as possible.
