ZillowVERIFIED After languishing for 6 months awaiting my contract to run out with another realtor who told me about the bad market and asked to me reduce my price for a 4th time, I considered simply renting my home. I decided to give one more shot and reached an agreement with Rich to list my home. He had a photographer out on a Thursday, I since him as my agent on Friday and within 24 hours he had 5 showing scheduled and within 48 hours I had a signed contract at my price. Rich did an excellent job explaining the Ins and outs of the buyers FHA loans and a fantastic job negotiating to get me the maximum return. I can not recommend Rich high enough!
