He helped with the offer letter which allowed us to get the new home at below cost. After living in the home for almost four years we contacted him again to help us sell our home. No matter where you are in the home search process, he is patient and knowledgeable enough to help make you comfortable. He will go the extra mile to make sure he is able to get you the help you need or want. I have a crazy schedule with 2 jobs and 3 kids, Rich was willing and able to work around my schedule when it came to getting into the houses I wanted to see. He is upfront and honest and thats a huge deal to me when I'm in the home buying process. You just cant go wrong with his help!
