We met Alonso while my wife and I were looking at properties and the local neighborhoods to buy our first home. At the very start of our introduction Alonso was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help answer questions and give some insight into the areas we were looking to buy. This being our first home purchase we were overwhelmed with paperwork and constant back and forth on property information, inspections, and potential concerns, along with the what seemed like endless paperwork requiring signatures. Alonso helped us with every step ensuring that all paperwork, offer letters, contracts, inspections, and concerns were handled properly and to completion. During the whole process from the start of the offer letter to after the closing of escrow Alonso kept in complete communication, often times answering questions before we even had a chance to ask them.
