Contacted Cesar back in April. After working with him close to 6 months, I found that hes not professional as he posts himself to be. All of our meetings he was late whether was with a potential buyer or other incidents. I also feel that in order to push for sales, he had been trying to convince me to list at a lower price. When an offer came in, he tried to force me to use their own escrow. I dont like being pushed into making decisions and refused. During the closing process, I called and texted him, but he refuses to take my phone calls. This is an extremely unprofessional behavior. He also refused to answer my questions and concerns. I would be escalating this behavior and issue to his broker as well as the real estate board! Stay away from this agent!

We met Alonso while my wife and I were looking at properties and the local neighborhoods to buy our first home. At the very start of our introduction Alonso was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help answer questions and give some insight into the areas we were looking to buy. My Wife and I decided to utilize Alonso's expertise as we decided to move forward and start a serious look into the residential areas that we liked. We are so happy we did! This being our first home purchase we were overwhelmed with paperwork and constant back and forth on property information, inspections, and potential concerns, along with the what seemed like endless paperwork requiring signatures. Alonso helped us with every step ensuring that all paperwork, offer letters, contracts, inspections, and concerns were handled properly and to completion. During the whole process from the start of the offer letter to after the closing of escrow Alonso kept in complete communication, often times answering questions before we even had a chance to ask them. Overall my wife and I were very lucky to find an individual in there profession that truly takes on both the business aspect of their job and the value behind what it brings to his clients.
