ZillowVERIFIED Ricardo is awesome! We've worked with Ricardo on more than one occasion with selling a home, but we've also had him help us with buying a home and leasing an office space for our business. He's extremely knowledgeable and we can't thank him enough for all his hard work. Ricardo helped my wife and I set a new record in our neighborhood with the sell of our home within the past month and we're getting a great deal on the new home we are buying - almost 10% less than list price.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have worked with Ricardo on finding three homes now. Each time he has been helpful, caring, and honest. He has always gone above and beyond to help us each step of the way in purchasing a home. He also recently helped us sell our home and we were very satisfied with the amount of care and effort he put into that as well. He is an excellent realtor and will help with whatever you need in purchasing and selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Ricardo was amazing through the whole process, was always available and would always promptly respond to emails and calls. He did not push me into homes nor did he push me away from homes. Instead he asked me how I felt about the home after each visit and let me come to my own decisions. He was outstanding with his negotiation skills and got me into my dream home. I have recommended him to friends and family and he has done the same for them ( Buying/ Selling). Overall, I was very pleased with Ricardo and very grateful for his knowledge in the field and I highly recommend him as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience was very smooth with Ricardo. We started this process not knowing a thing about buying a house, but Ricardo broke everything down for us and was able to answer every single question we had. He was very honest and real about his opinions and did what he thought was best for us not best for the business. He also referred us to anything we needed when it came to other aspects that come with buying a home. I can tell he truly cares about people finding the right home. I would recommend him to anybody I know in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Ricardo never treated us like a transaction. We felt as if we were his only clients through the entire process. He advised us on which offer to turn down and which one was "Our" offer. I would never use any other realtor!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ricardo and his team are amazing! They helped us with the sales of our home. They were detailed and always great at follwing up. He had knowledge of the local market and the best way to present our home so we can get a better price. You can tell that Ricardo has lots of experience and here truly cares for his clients. I always felt I could trust him. This is a great quality to have in this business. Soon I will be purchasing my new home and Ricardo will be there again to assist us.
