I'm not sure where to start with this review since this isn't my typically review. I'll start by stating I am the least knowledgeable person regarding real estate (or the process of home ownership). Luckily for me, I have a friend that introduced me & my wife with Ricardo. Circumstances changed, the pandemic happened, our family was looking for a home in a good school district. Ricardo successfully and very professionally guided us through the entire journey of homeowner ship. Being so green to this, I didn't even know which questions to ask but that didn't matter. Why? Because Ricardo is very communicative and transparent from step one. He provides information and gives us possible scenarios so nothing catches you by surprised. If and when I did have questions, he was always prompt to respond. I felt so taken care of the entire time of home searching both listed & off market inventory. He always held our best interest at heart and made us feel supported. We are very grateful to have had Ricardo assist us in such a monumental period in our lives. Even when we lost few bidding in some cases, but Ricardo was certain we will get our dream home, and today I can say Ricardo was right and confident on his ability to bring the best for us. I truly value Ricardo's integrity, professionalism and now lifelong friendship. I look forward to our future real estate endeavors also with him only.
