ZillowRiAnn did an amazing job through the whole process, from looking for homes to closing. We had some bumps along the way because of funding and hiccups with the seller but she was able to get us all the way through to getting the keys. We had to get an addendum and extend closing by about 13 days. If not for RiAnns knowledge and responsiveness we likely would not have been able to close due to the quick pace that was needed to get it all done within a 15 day time frame.

RiAnn is very educated on the new builders and we were able to purchased a DR Home utilizing builder incentives, dropped list price at the lowest intetest rate! ZillowRiann is the best agent that we have ever dealt with. She understood our needs as a family attempting to recolate from Illinois to Reno. We gave her our want vs need list and our budget and the wonderful properties we were shown met all our criteria. She had knowledge of the area and any question we had , she quickly had an answer for. She understood the need for being in a safe area with no chance of wildfires.
