However during the home buying process she was unprofessional, we asked her to put specific items on the contract and she said no. We met for the first time while they were waiting on their client in a model home; even at that time, they were so selfless to fit us into their schedule that same day since we only had a couple of days in town to look at houses. They were ALWAYS on top of anything we needed and went way beyond our expectations to help find the perfect home at the price we needed in the short amount of time that we had. ZillowVERIFIED The Mendozas met, and exceeded our expectations as our realtors. My wife and I searched for homes for months, and had a lot of difficult criteria to meet for the home we were going to purchase. Laura Mendoza showed us several homes (lost count) and had printed sheets with info regarding property for every one we visited. She encouraged us to write notes about each property on the provided sheet. Believe me, after viewing several homes a day it helps to have notes and a reference for each specific property. This helped in weighing in our likes dislikes and compromises we may have to make when deciding on the home that was right for us. Laura would meet us anywhere at a moments notice!!! Very professional and prompt when asked questions or special requests. Laura also is highly knowledgeable in her field. She didnt try to sell us on a home, in fact she helped to point out damage or imperfections in each property that could later be used in the closing negotiations,(which was a total success when we finally decided on the fitting home for us. We weren't the model clients most realtors would prefer to work with, lol. Sorry Mendoza's;). Wife and I now have a great starter home that is just right for us, and couldnt be any happier with the end results. I will recommend their services to family and friends when searching for a home! ZillowVERIFIED I can not possibly say enough wonderful things about Laura and Rhory. Both are exceptional real estate agents: professional, dedicated, and knowledgable, plus just all around nice people. Coming from out of state, we needed to find a home in a pretty short period of time, with pretty specific requirements. Laura took the time to wade through what must have been hundreds of homes to find only options that fit our needs. She only took us to homes that were a good possibility and didn't waste our time with homes that weren't a good fit, which was much appreciated since we only had a limited amount of time to visit and see homes. On the first day we were looking she clearly took notice about what we liked and disliked in homes we visited and used that information to show us even better options the next day! We were able to find the perfect home and go under contract with in four days! From there Laura and Rhory managed inspections, negotiations, and all the ins and outs of the home buying process with great care. Rhory was able to answer questions about our home inspection with a lot of detailed knowledge which helped us make informed decisions throughout negotiations. I felt like we always knew what to expect and what the next step was. (They were even able to recommend a awesome lender who I also had a terrific experience with.) To sum it up: we ended up with a great deal and the perfect house, plus had a great buying experience. Again, I can't recommend Laura and Rhory enough. Buying or selling I know they'll take great care of you!
