ZillowVERIFIED I researched the Top realtors in Westford. Provided a detailed questionnaire to all of them. Based on that narrowed it down to 4 to come to the house for an interview. Rhonda & Duane were different to the others. It was about us and our home. After getting to know us Rhonda was very specific as to answer what was valuable in our home and to what type of buyer. We had a lot of value we were unaware of. There ended up being a 25% (!) difference between the lowest and highest (Rhonda) suggested listing price. While Rhonda was the highest she made the most logical and compelling arguments how she got to that price. I know if the professionals had a 25% difference we would have left many hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table had we tried to sell by owner. Let alone the staging she did, the handymen she had to do some of the repairs and suggestions, the attorneys, the videographers etc. etc. She was extremely repsonsive, very communicative, exceptionally knowledeable and in the end we closed for much higher than we had expected and significanlty above the other realtors suggested listing. Rhonda and her team are phenomenal!

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda helped me purchase my new home in 2016. She was helpful throughout the process. The real estate market being hot last year, we were able to snag our house in a neighborhood that we had been eyeing for a long time but no new ones were coming into the market. Rhonda helped us finalize a new construction down immediately after we noticed it on MLS. She helped us through the construction process advising us and visiting the property at various stages of the build-out. She gave us tips on some of the details as we were first time buyers. She also linked me to my banker and lawyer for mortgage and for closing. Her excellent rapport with the selling agent helped us get quick answers and some vital upgrades which we really needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service and promptness of Rhonda and will recommend her to everyone. The only hitch in the end was with the lawyer (Foy Law Office) who refused to acknowledge and provide certain services that he had committed to in writing! Although Rhonda tried to mediate I was not able to get the service I needed from the lawyer. As far as her services and commitment was concerned, I was extremely satisfied. She is a great person to work with and is committed to providing excellent service. I would recommend her services to everyone.
