From the beginning, Mrs. Rhonda was attentive and committed to our goals in the selling of 13 year old home. In our initial meeting, she came with comparable specs for the area and honestly discussed what was need to maximize our sell. We began the selling process, but was delayed due to Hurricane Ida devastation. During our rebuild, Mrs. Rhonda was there checking on us and assisting as needed. She even did a showing when the house had nothing but studs up to give buyers the opportunity to do a custom rebuild! From the several showing that she did of potential clients, she secured several offers for us and helped us decide on the best offer for us according to our needs. We had no idea how challenging th closing of a house could be, but Mrs. Rhonda was there guiding us throughout the whole process until the end. She even presented us with a plant and words of wisdom to take with us as we transition from this phase into our next phase. I have always known that I wanted her to be my realtor and I thank God for granting us the opportunity to do so. ZillowVERIFIED Initially, there was a connection between us. I believed Rhonda had my best interest at heart; however, took advantage in knowing my desire to become a homeowner. She entered into a dual relationship in this process (seller of home and my realtor). At that point, it became apparent to me there was no transparency and her main goal was to make a sale. Ultimately, Rhonda sacrificed her representation at my expense. She demonstrated her ineptness after it was too late for me to walk away from the contract - with threats of me being sued by the sellers. She took a hands-off approach, stopped communicating with me, abandoned me as her client, leaving the out-of-town loan officer to step into the role of a realtor, which was out of the scope of a loan officer's role. To add insult to injury, she became vindictive. Rhonda rushed my final walk through, did not attend the closing, attempted to deny me the right of being pictured holding the cardboard key after closing (thanks to my title company for saving the day), and only gave me one key to my residence (home purchased from a couple). I would never refer this realtor to anyone I care about or a first-time homebuyer.
