ZillowVERIFIEDI am really thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Rhonda. She was punctual at every meeting and offered great insights that were greatly appreciated being a first time home buyer. I let her know what I was looking for and she delivered results and also looked out for my best interest. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in my transition and was always in communication with me. You're in good hands with Rhonda.

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda was the listing agent for the home we purchased. Rhondas attitude and knowledge made her easy to trust. We did not feel the need to have our own agent because Rhonda was easy to contact and very available for questions and the showing. The process of buying our home was easy and pleasant. I would recommend Rhonda to list a home and/or to have her find a home! She definitely put in the work!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought a home with Rhonda. Shes very helpful and provides great recommendations and is very candid in her opinions of homes. She has a great relationship with lenders, inspectors, and anyone else in the process. She uses Docusign so that any document that she may need from you is easily signed on your phone in an instant. Having her guidance was very helpful and I didnt worry about anything. I am proud to know her and will continue to use her for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda is the most sweet, attentive, kind, and responsive real estate agent! We had a bad run with a few agents. We got ghosted, we got railroaded, it was all horrible. Then we came into contact with Rhonda, and she took the best care of us. She answered all of our questions. She is always helpful and kind. She is always incredibly quick to respond. When we would ask to see a property, it was usually the same day that we could go see it. If not the same day, the next day. I honestly cant say enough good things about Rhonda.

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda was a great help for us when it came to buying a home. She worked with us on finding the right house and provided her own knowledge when it came to which house would fit our needs. She was extremely friend and flexible and got her paperwork done that day as we needed. Incredibly responsive. I wouldn't use any other realtor in the Stillwater area

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda did an exceptional and thorough job in helping us buy our home in Stillwater. We moved from out-of-state and were unable to see houses in person. Rhonda provided video tours of several homes, often within hours of them being listed. She had helpful information about buying a home in the area and answered our numerous questions. She was a great advocate throughout the process and we are thrilled with our new home. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so glad I found Rhonda! She found houses to show me that fit what I was looking for. She answered any questions I had and even called my banker to ask him the questions I didnt know I needed to ask as a first time home buyer. She is so sweet, helpful, and made me feel super comfortable. Any houses I found myself that I wanted to see she was quick to get a hold of the listing agent so we could go look at it. She was also quick to get back to me when I contacted her. With all of the Covid stuff going on, she was on top of sanitizing before and after we left houses and wore a mask. Ill definitely be recommending her to my friends!

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda Plake is one amazing realtor! She impressed me from the get-go with her demeanor and positive attitude. This was my fourth time buying a house, and potentially complicated given that I could not be there to see homes in person, nor was I able to fly out for the closing. Rhonda navigated all these issues like the pro she is! She helped us in so many ways. From the beginning I had conflicting ideas about the type of home I wanted, and Rhonda really helped me figure out what was important. She literally drove all over Central Oklahoma for us, FaceTiming and getting the information I needed to make a solid decision. She gave us honest assessments of each house we looked at, as though she were looking at a home for a family member. Rhonda went above and beyond for us time and again, and never lost sight of the goal: finding us the perfect house. Rhonda has that rare combination of diplomacy and tough negotiator - I recommend her without reserve. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the 2nd time we have worked with Rhonda to purchase a house for investment purposes. She has made herself available to view properties at our convenience. Every time we had asked a question about a listing, she got the answer immediately, even when it was on the weekend or in the evening. We looked at properties that were in a town that was 15 miles from her office and she was very knowledgeable about the area homes and community. When we made offers and counter offers on different properties, she did not hesitate a bit to prepare paperwork and submit it. Rhonda is prompt, pleasant and knows the real-estate business. We will work with Rhonda again on our next real-estate investment transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda was a blessing from the first phone call. Not knowing anything about buying a hose, my fiancA(C) and I needed help with the process. When I aEURoeasked for more informationaEUR? about a house on a website, Rhonda called and answered questions we had and met with us before looking at houses. The first house we went to was a bust (we found it online and was curious about it), but the second house was more of what we were looking for. While walking through and thinking of what we would do once we moved in, Rhonda was able to provide some awesome suggestions that we liked. The last house we looked at though was awesome. Rhonda was immensely helpful in putting in an offer, coordinating repairs, and general questions and stuff throughout the closing period. She dual represented us and was awesome with the seller as well (she helped them buy the house originally. We highly recommend Rhonda as she will make sure the home you need to buy or sell will get you the best deal and what you want.
