By the end of day two we submitted a bid for one of the houses and even with a counter offer by the seller she was able to close the deal and approx 25 days later I had the keys and moving in. ZillowVERIFIED Excellent attitude, prompt, professional, and smart. I am an international Buyer, purchased property from the U.K. Rhonda was very helpful in my decision to purchase the place. She attended the inspection in my behalf and made the arrangements for the closing. After closing, I had issues with the A/C unit, the property was under warranty. However the warranty company did not cover the replacement of the outside unit. Even after I closed on this property, Rhonda was able to help in getting the Seller to contribute towards a new A/C. She is wonderful, to have her support even after we closed on this property shows her character.

ZillowVERIFIED She kept showing me properties that were beyond poor, once went to a property that she was afraid to show me so gave me key code and ran off which told me why would I want to see it if your afraid to even show me. Many times called and texted and waited forever for a call back. Felt like she was more interested in getting in and out quickly as to taking time to show me places. Found another Realtor who actually was there for me called emailed and texted me with constant updates. I never had to chase him whereas Rhonda was constant no show and any updates she sent me were generated by her home computer once a night and usually with same listing I already said I wasn't interested in. Do yourself a favor find some one else

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda has helped me buy and sell properties for my mother, son and sister with great success. My mother's home was on the market for 6 months. We decided to change realtors and hired Rhonda. She set up virtual tours of the property and redid the listing verbiage. As a result of her efforts the home sold in a week for the asking price. Based on the excellent results my son hired Rhonda to find him a deal on a short sell property. Rhonda knew all the short sell process. she effectively managed the bank and found a great deal for my son. Additionally, Rhonda came up with the idea to have the seller provide 3% toward closing cost and provided my son with information about the 1st time home buyers program that allowed him to get in the house without needing out of pocket cash. Rhonda also worked closely with the title company so the deal went smoothly. For my sister Rhonda found her a great deal on a short sell for more than $60k under comps for the area. She was fantastic. She is very responsive and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
