ZillowVERIFIED From the first time Ms. Rhonda and I talked on the phone, I knew I was in great hands. She promptly texted me the Keller-Willams app for me and my husband to put onour phones and explained how we could use it to find houses in the areas where we wanted to live. That same night, she gave me the name of someone that could help us with getting approved for our new home. May I add, this was on a Sunday night after 7 p.m. The week before Valentines Day, my husband and I had decided to celebrate early while going house hunting. We immediately used our house hunting app and drove around for about an hour or two before going to dinner. At our last stop, we noticed a house that was not on our list. It was it! We contacted Rhonda the next day and she made arrangements for us to view the house the Thursday before Valentines Day. We put in an offer that same night, even though Rhonda was on her way out of town. She was so dedicated to making the deal come to life. She made sure she stayed in contact with my husband and I almost on a daily basis as the days lead to us moving in. She was there before and during our final walk-through, and questioned anything that did not meet her expectations. We signed our final papers the week of Good Friday and moved that Thursday. It was truly the best experience I have ever had. She still calls to make sure everything is going well with our new home, and is eager to help us sell our old home. She is AMAZING! I cant wait to pass her name on to my friends when they are in need of a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda is dedicated to your real estate agent needs. She will go out of her way to sell your house. She knocked on doors all up and down the street and in nearby apartments asking if they were renting and letting them know they could buy this house for less. She also sent out postcards to addresses in the area. I imagine she would just as tirelessly work for you if you are buying a house. Rhonda is not happy until her client is happy. Shes a great real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found Rhonda on Zillow when looking for realtors with good reviews and experience selling homes in our location at our general price point. We interviewed her to see if she would be a good fit and chose her to sell our condo. We knew it was going to be a tough sale with the condo market being much more of a buyers market so we appreciated her honesty about what to expect, how to price, etc. She was patient with us as we were listing in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and had lots of competing priorities with our time. In addition to getting our condo sold, Rhonda worked very diligently to help us secure a great rental house in a competitive rental market. She persistently communicated with the listing agent on the rental to make sure we were the first to apply and first to see it, which helped us land a great house. She also worked hard to ensure a smooth transition between the condo and house, renegotiating the closing date with the buyers of our condo so we had some time to move into the house and did not have to put our things in storage. Rhonda continues to check in with us to see how the house is going and goes above and beyond with her helpfulness. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We were First Time Buyers... so this was our first experience with buying a home.. and we feel truly blessed for being able to walk this overwhelming journey with an agent such as Rhonda. Her experience and knowledge of the industry was extremely helpful... she could offer advice from all angles (including the Loan process). I love the fact that she was personable and easy to talk to. After a while... I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. What impressed us the most was.... we came extremely close to closing on our initial property... going back and forth with the seller on price (for about 5k)...but the seller would not come down to the price that we were comfortable with. Instead of her trying to persuade us to meet the sellers terms and close the deal...she was the first to say.. lets move on ..and find something you all are comfortable with. That ended up being great advice... cause she directed us to some new construction...and she negotiated an UNBELIEVABLE deal for us!!! We absolutely love our new home! ZillowVERIFIED Rhonda works with you to personalize your home buying experience. She is great with numbers, and will go to the mat for you (albeit in a friendly and polite way) when it is necessary. She works very hard to match you with a home that fits you. I loved working with her and felt like she was accessible any time that I had a question or concern (and I had MANY...very nervous first time buyer). I didnt rank her local knowledge because I stayed in a very specific area when I was looking at homes. I know she shows homes all over the county and city, but I was simply interested in one small area, so I didnt rank that area.

ZillowVERIFIED It is difficult to put in FEW words how satisfied I am with Miss Rhonda. 1. You need to like your agent and I fell in love with her the first day. She was professional, jovial and ready to go from the day I met her. She is a T crosser and an I dotter. 2. You need to be on one accord with your agent, she knew my husband and I needed to move expediently to sell our home. She did not make false promises but she had a strategy in line to help us sell our home as fast as possible. We did what she asked and our home went from being listed on May 28, 2014 to being sold on July 25, 2014. While this is rare the point is she was up for the challenge and ready to roll. God blessed us with buyer and she did not slack, therefore we did not miss an opportunity. 3. An agent needs a good team. There is not such thing as a one-man show, we all need some help and her team is awesome. A few things came up from the buyers side and a few minor things for us at closing. However, her team was very solution oriented. As with Rhonda they were always pleasant and professional as well. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH HER! My family and I are very pleased.
