ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the first time Ms. Rhonda and I talked on the phone, I knew I was in great hands. She promptly texted me the Keller-Willams app for me and my husband to put onour phones and explained how we could use it to find houses in the areas where we wanted to live. That same night, she gave me the name of someone that could help us with getting approved for our new home. May I add, this was on a Sunday night after 7 p.m. The week before Valentines Day, my husband and I had decided to celebrate early while going house hunting. We immediately used our house hunting app and drove around for about an hour or two before going to dinner. At our last stop, we noticed a house that was not on our list. It was it! We contacted Rhonda the next day and she made arrangements for us to view the house the Thursday before Valentines Day. We put in an offer that same night, even though Rhonda was on her way out of town. She was so dedicated to making the deal come to life. She made sure she stayed in contact with my husband and I almost on a daily basis as the days lead to us moving in. She was there before and during our final walk-through, and questioned anything that did not meet her expectations. We signed our final papers the week of Good Friday and moved that Thursday. It was truly the best experience I have ever had. She still calls to make sure everything is going well with our new home, and is eager to help us sell our old home. She is AMAZING! I cant wait to pass her name on to my friends when they are in need of a new home.
