We found the house of our dreams online, and initiated a walk through with the listing agent on our own. We fell in love with the house, but quickly learned that we were completely out of our depth when it came to real estate.We proceeded to commit what we later learned was a 'real-estate faux-pas'-- after having been shown the house by the listing agent, we sought out an agent of our own. The only regret we have in securing Rhonda as our agent is not doing so sooner!When we reached out to Rhonda she jumped right on board at a moments notice-- we literally sent her a message in the middle of the night and woke up the next morning to a response!Through every step of the way, Rhonda was incredible. She patiently described the entire process to us, offered us sound advice when we didn't know what steps to take next, and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on during negotiations. She was always prompt with getting any necessary documentation to us and to the sellers. It was so comforting to know that we had someone on our side throughout the process. Looking back on the experience of becoming first time homeowners, this is our advice: if you are looking at purchasing a home, make sure you have an agent on your side! ZillowVERIFIED We were out of town buyers looking to relocate to the area. Rhonda spent several hours on the phone with us prior to our visit to the area. She rearranged her schedule to spend 1/2 a day with us when we came to town to show us around. Not only did she show us several homes she also spent time showing us the area (parks, schools, industrial parks, etc). She also shared her research on local activities (hockey, kart racing, dirt bike riding) that are important to my children. Rhonda was very honest when it came to selecting a neighborhood. She was also open to sharing data regarding the value of the home vs asking price to prevent any issues during the appraisal. Rhonda exceeded our expectations with this purchase.
