She encouraged us to put the house on the market even though we didn't have it as ready/cleaned as I would have liked. She let us make up our own mind, but was forthcoming with advice and suggestions when appropriate. Rhonda is well respected, and worked well with our banker and attorney to make sure we got the best deal possible and avoided any unwanted surprises. Rhonda is professional, friendly, reliable, ethical and an expert in the real estate business.
