Rhonda Garrison

As a Central Oregon native, Rhonda has intimate knowledge of the area. She has spent 18 years excelling in the competitive local real estate market, establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. Known for her savvy negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting-edge marketing strategies, she has built her business on communication, dedication, and transparency. Year after year, she has continued to receive awards for production and sales. The past 3 years at RE/MAX Key Properties, she has been awarded the Platinum Club award x2, the Hall of Fame and the Chairman's Club awards. Being recognized for a job well done at the corporate level is gratifying, however, Rhonda's biggest reward will always come from her satisfied clients and their referrals. The continued expansion of her business prompted the addition of her daughter, Brittany as buyer specialist. The Garrison Group's Buyer Specialist, Brittany Barton, was born and raised in Bend as well. Moving away for a brief time to obtain bachelor's Degrees from Oregon State University helped her recognize her love for Central Oregon and desire to raise a family in her hometown. Brittany has not only gained experience from growing up watching Rhonda excel as a broker, but has also held various positions in real estate since moving back in 2009 including: office administrative staff, transaction coordinator, and marketing director. She worked as an elementary teacher for a period as well, which she feels has been invaluable in gaining the interpersonal skills she has today. Brittany believes that a high level of communication and making genuine lasting connections with the people she works with-clients, fellow realtors, and the local community- is the key to success in this industry. She hopes to be a valuable resource and support system to each of her clients throughout transactions and well after. The mother/daughter duo have 30 years combined experience in the real estate industry and strongly value family, friends, and the power of creating deep roots within their community.
